Hmmm. That sounds like a difficult problem to solve, since you are not having any symptoms other than the fever. I know you must feel let down by the medical profession at the moment, but in all fairness, this is a tough one.
Doctors used to pay a lot of attention to fever patterns, and there may be some old-time doctors who could be able to comment on this 8-day cycle. The only thing I can find that has a similar time course is, unfortunately, Hodgkin’s disease (see 1st source). One other thing you could consider is whether there is something in your own life that is happening every 8 days that might subject your body to stress.
I am sure you must have a reason for thinking that it is allergies, but with allergies you would probably see higher eosinophils, not neutrophils. There are a lot of different causes of high neutrophils (see 2nd source), so that does not really narrow it down a lot, but it does confirm that *something* is going on.
If the doctors you have seen have not been able to figure out what is going on, you might try seeing a new doctor. Large teaching hospitals are sometimes interested in these types of difficult cases. They enjoy having the opportunity to figure out a diagnosis that everybody else has missed. Good luck, and I hope you find an answer soon.

1 ) Christmas you know…you are the X-mas expert.
2) Exchanging messges of love, by flower, cards and candy
3). Parades. In Chicago, turning the river green. wearing green, but ironing 4 leaf-clovers is pressing your luck
4) New clothes, Church, egg rolls, coloring eggs, worship,
5) costumes, trick or treating, more parades.
6) Family gathering, big meal, pilgrim tableaus, reading paper planning for next day’s sales, men watch football while wives wash dishes….( running and ducking)
7) English origin: Boxing Day is an old holiday based on the tradition of giving gifts to the less fortunate members of society. AND Because the staff had to work on such an important day as Christmas by serving the master of the house and his family, they were given the following day off. As servants were kept away from their own families to work on a traditional religious holiday and were not able to celebrate Christmas dinner, the customary benefit was to “box” up the leftover food from Christmas Day and send it away with the servants and their families

i have read the answers posted here and find them quite strange. one should not be conservative in ones views. we are all the same inside made of similar flesh and bones. having different features due to different climates. our believes and customs vary due to various teaching that have come done to us. it is for us to absorb what is right and discard what is not.
my brother’s wife is a buddhist from the north east. we do not have any problems. one cousin of mine is married to a christian lady from america-no problems. one of my cousin is married to a person from andhra pradesh-no problems.

implicit differentiation problem?
A cool trick for implicit differentiation, though I’m not sure your teacher would like it…is called the Implicit Function Theorem, which generally isn’t taught until Calc III, but I was lucky enough to learn it in Calc I. A cool trick for implicit differentiation, though I’m not sure your teacher would like it…is called the Implicit Function Theorem, which generally isn’t taught until Calc III, but I was lucky enough to learn it in Calc I.
It states that- dz/dy=(-dF/dy)/(dF/dz) now…those d’s are actually partial symbols (kind of like a curly d) basically, what this says is, for your scenario, take the derivative w/ respect to x (pretend the y’s are constants…just like a regular number) make that negative. Then take the derivative w/ respect to y. Put the negative derivative w/ respect to x over the derivative w/ respect to y…and that is what dy/dx equals.
Note: the equation must equal zero…
Here’s how to do it.
y/x + x/y = 2y
y/x + x/y - 2y = 0
Now, derivative w/ respect to x…pretend y’s are just constants.
-yx^-2 +1/y
= -y/x^2 + 1/y
That is your derivative with respect to x, but don’t forget to make it negative!!!
-(1/y-y/x^2)
now, the derivative w/ respect to y…pretend all x’s are just plain old numbers…
1/x -xy^-2 -2
=1/x - x/y^2 - 2
so…just put the negative derivative w/ respect to x over the derivative w/ respect to y.
dy/dx=-(1/y-y/x^2)/(1/x - x/y^2 - 2)
I know it’s kind of confusing, but if you get this concept down…implicit differentiation is SO much easier… You just have to be sure your teacher will accept it as a method of solving a differential equation. Hope that helps!

If you mean how to make a cup of coffee with a perculator then here you go:
You need ground coffee(not granulated).
2 table spoons of ground coffee should be tipped into the jug of the perculator.
Then add hot water straight from the kettle, say to the 3 cup level. Wait 2 minutes for the juice to be extracted. then push.
THE PERCULATOR lid is made up of 3 bits.
make sure the filter bit is in the middle and slowly press down on the water/ground coffee mix until the coffee is ground pushed down the liquid until about 7 cms from the bottom of the jug.
Let it sit for about 20 seconds.
Then pour and enjoy
I think before i am given the bad answer point the question should be asked in a clear manner.
Dont you think?
Its not justified. Im not deserved of that!
